Very happy with the new steel pan. Does exactly what it says it will do. The removable handle is fantastic as we pack the pan away in our hybrid caravan. It is now the go to pan!

This is by far our favorite pan in our collection. Superior quality construction and finish. Excellent even heating, high or low heats. Great for searing, frying, baking, sauces, rice dishes, anything you throw at it.
Easy to clean. Removable handle and no plastic parts is a bonus.
Was supposed to be our camping pan but will be difficult to pry out of the home kitchen. Might have to get a second one.
Fast delivery to North Queensland.
Highly recommended.

I was made aware of these watching a YouTube Video by Harry from Fire to Fork. Bit the bullet and bought the 26cm and believe me these are the real deal. Well made, nice & thick steel but not to heavy, a proper steel handle with not a skerrick of plastic, well seasoned out of the box & reasonably priced. After a week of use I'd recommend them as great bit of kit!
Description
The 10-inch OXO Outdoor Carbon Steel Pan with Removable Handle is the ultimate piece of cookware for campsite cooking. It comes pre-seasoned (just wash and start cooking) and naturally develops a non-stick patina as you use it. And because carbon steel is lighter than cast iron, it heats up faster and heats incredibly evenly, so you’ll get a perfect sear every time. Use it on the grill, with a camp stove or bring it in the kitchen; it’s safe for all cooktops (including induction) and is oven safe up to 660˚F/350˚C. Bonus: This pan has a removable handle that detaches for direct heat cooking and reverses for easy packing and storage. Hand wash. Also available in 8-inch and 12-inch sizes.
